wealthy?

Taxing the wealthy is not popular with the citizens of America. President obama last month signed into law a two-year extension of Bush-Era tax cuts for millions of americans, including the wealthiest,in compromise with republicans. Sixty-one percent of americans polled would rather see taxes for the wealthy increased as first step to tackling the deficit.

Taxing the wealthy is nothing less than a blatant example of class warfare. president Obama say's "If we're not willing to ask those who have done extraordinarily well to help America close the deficit then the logic math we've got to put the entire burden on the middle class and the poor. As an example the richest 1 percent earn 19 percent of the nations income tax. when just 10 percent of the taxes payer's 70 percent of income tax revenue. just who is paying their fair share?... (according to columbiamissourian.com)

As history repeats its self, it is up to us to clean up this financial mess .So that the next generation can live to see another day and  be able to purchase home's ,get school loans for a college education and open  small businesses. Now all we have to do is play the waiting game.
